Throughout my journey, I started experimenting with different foods, diets and methodologies. One of the healthy habits that has stayed consistent through it all is drinking a smoothie for breakfast every day before work!

Alongside the diet and exercise changes, there’s a third pillar to our detox plan – rest. Good sleep is esencial for weight loss and overall health.

Another thing to note — if you don’t plan your plant-based diet correctly, you may not meet all your protein, vitamin and mineral needs. And you won’t feel or look your best if you develop a nutritional deficiency. But there are easy ways to make sure you’re getting the nutrients you need.

Visit with a doctor on your smartphone or computer. Often, lab work is required, and they’ll send an order to your preferred lab. Once your results are available, your doctor will review them with you and discuss treatment options.
